Designed in 1998 the project commenced in early 1999. The industrial unit provided a workshop area of approximately 1900m sq with a two storey office suite, canteen, changing facilities and conference room occupying a futher 450m sq to the front of the Industrial Unit.

The Unit was later extended in 2002 to provide a futher 635m sq of workshop space for this expanding business.

Currently ADP are involved with Loughside Engineering sister company Telestack International Ltd adjacent site with a workshop area of 3300msq and ancillary offices and storage etc occupying an area of approximately 700m2
